About us
Founded in 1922, DENSO Group Germany has become one of the worldwide leading producers of corrosion protection coatings for pipelines. DENSO’ success story commenced with the worldwide first passive corrosion prevention system for pipelines – the Petrolatum Tape (DENSO®-Tape) – which was patented in 1927.
DENSO’ core business consists of the development and production of co-extruded 3-ply PE/Butyl tape systems DENSOLEN®, heat shrinkable sleeves DEKOTEC®, petrolatum tapes DENSO®, polyurethane coatings DENSOLID® as well as sealing technology for roads.
For 100 years, DENSO Group Germany represents experience, quality and reliability for corrosion prevention and sealing technology.
Recently, DENSO introduced the patented innovation SEALID® All-in-1 Tape, a universal coating solution. For the first time worldwide, it provides protection against corrosion and mechanical stress in just one step, without any primer.
SEALID® All-in-1 offers patented safety fulfilling ISO 21809-3 and EN 12068.
