HEGGEL GmbH offers a range of acid and alkali resistant mortars, known as HEGGEL Mortars, specifically engineered for tile and brick lining.

These mortars feature diverse formulations and structures, tailored to deliver superior performance in various process conditions. The wide variety of options in our HEGGEL Mortars results from using different resin bases, enhanced with unique formulations. These include Furan, Potassium Silicate, Phenol, Vinyl Ester, and Epoxy resins, offering a broad spectrum of chemical and thermal resistance, coupled with exceptional mechanical strength.

• HEGGEL FRP

HEGGEL’s glass fiber reinforced synthetic resin laminates have been extensively used for various types of corrosive environments.

HEGGEL FRP demonstrates high temperature capabilities, thermal insulation and outstanding mechanical properties along with excellent chemical resistance.

Our HEGGEL FRP systems are classified according to their high-performance resin bases, including Vinyl ester, Furan, Phenol and Epoxy, which deliver the chemical and mechanical resistance of the system whilst binding the glass fiber in the composition of laminate systems.

HEGGEL FRP products are also widely used as impermeable sealing layer in tile / brick lining work.

Flooring Coatings Systems

• HEGGEL Pox

HEGGEL Pox resin systems are universally utilized across various viscosities, serving as a primer, scratch coat, and mortar binder when combined with aggregates.

Our HEGGEL Pox Epoxy-based systems are highly valued for their solvent-free compositions and their attributes of robust compressive strength and superior durability, ideal for heavy loads and impacts from machinery, equipment, and similar sources.

• HEGGEL Flex

HEGGEL Flex encompasses a broad spectrum of Polyurethane-based products, encompassing self-leveling floor coatings and topcoats. HEGGEL Flex flooring solutions are designed to deliver optimal cost-effectiveness, outstanding impact resistance, robust compressive strength, effective crack bridging, and superior chemical resistance.

HEGGEL Flex topcoats are durable, scratch-resistant coatings that, apart from their UV resistance, impart a sleek, silky-gloss finish. These topcoats are compatible with both HEGGEL Flex and HEGGEL Pox flooring systems.

• HEGGEL Fix

HEGGEL Fix range includes repairing mortars for surface defects in damaged equipment, hard / soft rubber-lined and glass-lined vessels, as well as HEGGEL Corr coated equipment. These mortars offer exceptional abrasion, chemical, and thermal resistance, along with strong adhesion to diverse substrates.

HEGGEL Fix has a wide range of application in repairs and maintenance of various types of metals, alloys and linings, extending the life cycle of the machineries, process equipment and steel structures, while reducing the downtime.

Our Metal-Build HEGGEL Fix products can also be used in the surface preparation stage, prior to the application of any coating systems, in order to fill the pitting, holes and defected areas, and in consequence, maximize the performance and life cycle of the coating system.

Repairing damaged rubber lined equipment by the same type of rubber compounds leads to time and cost overruns, whereas the application of HEGGEL Fix reduces the cost significantly whilst saving time and allowing an easy installation.
